7 steps to becoming entrepreneur friendly

MORE DATES ADDED: DUE TO POPULAR DEMAND

We invite you to join us for the next in our series of 'Cafe Enterprise Sessions', bringing you the benefit of SFEDI research into what small business wants. This session asks you to enter the world of the entrepreneur and find out how best to engage with them, based on what we know they ask for. Our recent research project into over 2000 small enterprises has prompted us to develop this innovative, interactive session to give you a valuable insight into how to get to know today's small business. We'll take you through:

Step 1 Find out what they want

Step 2 Tickle their taste buds

Step 3 Speak their language

Step 4 Offer a varied menu

Step 5 Meet them in their world

Step 6 Enjoy their company

Step 7 Share the bill

This session has been developed for advisers, mentors, banks, publishers, accountants, training organisations, business membership organisations, trade associations, business clubs and government policy makers. Anyone engaging with small business can benefit from this research-led session.

You'll also receive your free UK Enterprise Toolkit including hot off the press research into how small businesses work, live case studies of how small businesses operate and a full suite of up to date SFEDI Enterprise and Business Support Standards as well as a SFEDI lapel badge which will signify your commitment and support to the UK small business community.

The sessions run from 10:00 until 3:30 and include a buffet lunch. We'll be running four national sessions at the following locations:

23d January 2009 - London

6th February 2009 - Birmingham

Each session is £205+vat per delegate
